Frame lock ensures the open blade stays stable and secure; a part of the handle moves behind the blade to lock it in place.
The pre-drilled holes allow the user to change the position of the tip or the side on which the knife is carried.
The blade is made of 8Cr14MoV steel, a heat-treated compound with high carbon density that provides strength, hardness, and the ability to maintain a sharp edge; it also contains additional chromium for improved stain resistance.
The front handle's G-10 material has an olive drab matte finish, which gives it a non-reflective property that is ideal for hunting.
The back of the handle has a 410 bead-blasted finish, created by applying a fine medium of glass and aluminum oxide beads at high speed and pressure to achieve a non-reflective appearance.
